Data we process
When you paste a YouTube URL, we send it to our backend to extract video metadata and process the requested download. We do not store the videos you download permanently — temporary files are deleted automatically after a short, configurable period.
What we don't expose
API keys, cookies, PO tokens, and server credentials are kept server-side only and are never sent to your browser. Frontend code never receives secrets.
Logs
We keep structured server logs for reliability and abuse prevention. Logs never contain cookies, tokens, or credentials. They may include request IDs, video IDs, job statuses, and error categories.
Third parties
The downloader worker communicates with YouTube to fetch media. Your download request is processed by that worker. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
